We guarantee our merchandise to be free of manufacturing defects and will accept any defective item for refund or exchange. Le Soleil Miami will reimburse our customers for the costs of returning defective merchandise.

Le Soleil Miami gladly accepts returns of unworn, unwashed, undamaged or defective merchandise purchased online for full refund or exchange within 14 days of original purchase. Requests for refund or exchange of merchandise should be accompanied by the original packing slip. Refunds will be made in the form of the original payment.

All sale items are final purchase only. No returns or refunds on sale items.

If you do not have the packing slip, please include the following information with your return:
Your name and billing address.
The name, address and zip code of the person who placed the order, if it was a gift.
The original purchase price and approximate date of the purchase.

Timeline for Returns
All returns must be returned back to Le Soleil Miami within 14 days of receipt. We estimate up to 10 business days of transit back to us. We will process your return upon receipt and issue your refund promptly. Please allow 14 days from the time of receipt of your return for processing. Expect to receive your refund within four weeks after dropping your package with a return shipper. It may take up to two (2) billing cycles for your credit to show in your account.

Orders Returned after 14 Days
Orders extending beyond the 14 day return window are not eligible for full refund. Merchandise credit will be given if you do choose to return it, provided product is not damaged.
